The value of tmnxBsxAqpMatchApplication specifies
the particular application to match against
to resolve to an AQP action.  If set to an empty
string, no match on application is done.
              
If an attempt is made to set this object to a string that does not
match a tmnxBsxAppName value from the tmnxBsxAppCfgTable, an
'inconsistentValue' error is returned.
