The value of tmnxBsxAppRowStatus specifies the
row status.  It allows entries to be created
and deleted in the tmnxBsxAppCfgTable.  To
delete an entry, all references to this
application in tmnxBsxAppFilterApplication in
the tmnxBsxAppFilterTable and
tmnxBsxAqpMatchApplication in the tmnxBsxAqpMatchTable
must be deleted.
