The value of tmnxBsxAppFilterSrvAddrMaskedIp masked with
tmnxBsxAppFilterSrvAddrMask specifies the server address to match to
resolve to an application.
              
The specification of tmnxBsxAppFilterSrvAddrMaskedIp may be done only
when tmnxBsxAppFilterServerDnsIpCache, tmnxBsxAppFilterServerPfxList,
tmnxBsxAppFilterNetworkAddr, tmnxBsxAppFilterNetworkAddrType, and
tmnxBsxAppFilterNetworkAddrLen are set to their default value.
              
Furthermore, the specification of tmnxBsxAppFilterSrvAddrMaskedIp must
be done with the specification of a non-default
tmnxBsxAppFilterSrvAddrMask, tmnxBsxAppFilterServerAddrOp and
tmnxBsxAppFilterSrvAddrMaskType.
