The value of tBgpPrngPlcyPfxLmtIdleTimeOut specifies the idle time in
minutes that the BGP peering remains disabled before attempting to
automatically re-establish the connection with the peers in this BGP
group after tBgpPrngPlcyPfxLmtMaxPrefix limit is reached.
The default value of tBgpPrngPlcyPfxLmtIdleTimeOut is zero which
means, no attempt will be made to re-establish the BGP peering with
peers in this BGP group after tBgpPrngPlcyPfxLmtMaxPrefix limit is
reached.
When the value of tBgpPrngPlcyPfxLmtMaxPrefix is changed, the value of
tBgpPrngPlcyPfxLmtIdleTimeOut is reset to its default value.
An 'inconsistentValue' error is returned if an attempt is made to set
this object to a non-default value when the value of
tBgpPrngPlcyPfxLmtLogOnly is set to non-default value.
