The value of tBgpPeerNgUpdatedErrorHandling specifies whether the
error handling mechanism for optional transitive path attributes is
enabled on this BGP peer.
              
When the value of tBgpPeerNgUpdatedErrorHandling is 'true', the error
handling mechanism for optional transitive path attributes is enabled
and the BGP peer is capable of enabling the neighbor-complete flag in
the BGP Path Attribute.
              
This object is obsoleted in release 11.0.
