The value of tBgpPeerNgSplitHorizon specifies whether or not to
advertise the best route back to the same BGP peer from which the best
route was received.
              
When the value of tBgpPeerNgSplitHorizon is 'true', the peer will not
reflect the best route to the peer from which the route was received.
