The value of tBgpPeerNgSegmentRoutingV6 specifies whether or not
segment routing V6 capabilities are enabled on this peer of BGP.
              
When the value is set to 'false' segment routing V6 is disabled and
any previous configuration of other segment routing parameters  is
removed.
