The value of tBgpPeerNgMaxPrefixLogOnly specifies whether BGP peering
will be disabled when tBgpPeerGroupMaxPrefix is exceeded.
              
When the value is set to 'true', BGP peering will be enabled.
              
When the value is set to 'false', BGP peering will be disabled.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 13.0.
