column OctetString 
The value of tBgpPeerNgLastError indicates the last error code and
subcode seen by this peer on this connection. If no error has
occurred, two zero octets are returned. Otherwise, the first octet of
this two-byte OCTET STRING contains the error code, and the second
octet contains the subcode.
