The value of tBgpPeerNgFlowspecValidate specifies whether validation
of received flow specification routes is enabled on this BGP peer.
              
When the default value of tBgpPeerNgFlowspecValidate is 'true', the
flow routes received from other peers are validated.
              
The default value of tBgpPeerNgFlowspecValidate is 'false', which
means validation of received flow routes is disabled and all flow
specification routes are considered valid.
