tBgpPeerNgDampOscSecondWaitTime

The value of tBgpPeerNgDampOscSecondWaitTime specifies the time in
minutes, that is doubled after each repeated session failure that
occurs within a relatively short span of time for this BGP peer.
              
When the value of tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations is changed, the value
of tBgpPeerNgDampOscSecondWaitTime is reset to its default value.
              
The value of tBgpPeerNgDampOscSecondWaitTime is inherited from the
corresponding object value in the tBgpPeerGroupParamsTable, when the
inheritance bit for tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations is set to zero. An
'inconsistentValue' error is returned if an attempt is made to set
this object to a non-default value when the value of
tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations is inherited from group.
              
An 'inconsistentValue' error is returned if an attempt is made to set
this object without setting tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations.
