tBgpPeerNgDampOscInitialWaitTime

The value of tBgpPeerNgDampOscInitialWaitTime specifies the time in
minutes,that a session remains in the idle-state after it has been
stable for a while for this BGP peer.
              
When the value of tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations is changed, the value
of tBgpPeerNgDampOscInitialWaitTime is reset to its default value.
              
The value of tBgpPeerNgDampOscInitialWaitTime is inherited from the
corresponding object value in the tBgpPeerGroupParamsTable, when the
inheritance bit for tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations is set to zero. An
'inconsistentValue' error is returned if an attempt is made to set
this object to a non-default value when the value of
tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations is inherited from group.
              
An 'inconsistentValue' error is returned if an attempt is made to set
this object without setting tBgpPeerNgDampPeerOscillations.
