Object
The value of tBgpPGORRAllowLocalFallbk decides what the system should
do when the BGP next-hop is not reachable in the TE-DB for the
configured location, tBgpPGORRLocation.
If the value is set to 'true', then next-hop cost calculation and
best-path selection default back to the location of the
route-reflector in the network.
If the value is set to 'false', then no routes are advertised to the
client(s).
