The value of tBgpPGDefRxEvpnEncap specifies how BGP will treat a
received EVPN route without BGP encapsulation extended community. If
no encapsulation is received, BGP will validate the route as MPLS or
VXLAN depending on the the value of tBgpPGDefRxEvpnEncap.
