The value of tBgpORRTertiaryIPv6Addr specifies the third preferred
IPv6 address to calculate the optimal-route-reflection cost from the
associated location to a bgp next-hop.
              
If the tBgpORRTertiaryIPAddrType is set to ipv6, then the tertiary IP
address is a IPv6 address.
              
If the tertiary IP address is reset, tBgpORRTertiaryIPv6AddrType is
set to unknown and tBgpORRTertiaryIPAddr returns a null string.
