A tBgpMaxNgPrefix100 notification is generated when the number of
routes learned from the peer has exceeded the configured maximum.
tBgpMaxNgPrefix100 replaces notification object tBgpMaxPrefix100 as
the latter does not support an IPv6 peer.
This notification is obsoleted in release 13.0.
