The value of tBgpInstanceVpnIpv4AddPathLimit specifies the maximum
number of paths per VPN IPv4 prefix that can be advertised to ADD-PATH
peers.
              
An 'inconsistentValue' error is returned if an attempt is made to set
this object to a value greater than tBgpInstanceMultipathBgp.
