Object
The value of tBgpInstanceRowStatus specifies the row status for this
BGP instance for the virtual router. It is used to create and delete
row entries in this table.
In order for an attempt to 'destroy' this row entry to succeed, the
value of tBgpInstanceShutdown must be 'true' and the value of
vRtrBgpStatus must be 'delete'.
In order for an attempt to 'create' this row entry, the value of
vRtrBgpStatus must be 'create'.
