The value of tBgpInstanceOrigInvalidUnusable specifies whether to use
or ignore the routes that have an origin validation state of
'Invalid'.
              
When the value of tBgpInstanceOrigInvalidUnusable is set to 'true',
the routes that have an origin validation state of 'Invalid' are
considered unusable.
              
When the value of tBgpInstanceOrigInvalidUnusable is set to 'false',
the routes that have an origin validation state of 'Invalid' are
compared to other usable routes for the same prefix.
