The value of tBgpInstanceMultipathEiBgpState specifies whether eiBGP
load balancing is enabled or not. When the value of this object is set
to 'enabled', eiBGP load balancing is enabled which allows the routes
to be sent through multiple paths using iBGP or eBGP paths.
