The value of tBgpInstanceFSValidateDestPfx specifies whether
validation of received flow specification routes is enabled on this
router.
              
When the value of tBgpInstanceFSValidateDestPfx is 'true', the flow
routes received from other peers are validated.
              
The default value of tBgpInstanceFSValidateDestPfx is 'false', which
means validation of received flow routes is disabled and all flow
specification routes are considered valid.
