Object
The value of tBgpInstanceAllowInterAsVpn specifies whether VPNs can
exchange routes across autonomous system boundaries, providing model B
connectivity.
When the value is 'true', ASBRs can advertise VPRN routes to their
peers in other autonomous systems, and when it is 'false', they
cannot.
