[CAUSE] The tBgpFlowRouteInvalid notification is generated when the
received BGP flow route is invalid.
[EFFECT] The BGP peer dose not create ip filter entry for the received
flow route.
[RECOVERY] There is no recovery required for this notification.
This notification was obsoleted in release 15.0.
