notification
[CAUSE] The tBgp4UpdateInvalid notification is generated when an
UPDATE message has a critical length error or an error not specific to
any path attribute.
[EFFECT] A log entry is generated for each withdrawn route. Further
effect depends on fault-tolerance and graceful-restart settings.
[RECOVERY] There is no recovery required for this notification.
