[CAUSE] The tBgp4PathAttrInvalid notification is generated when an
error with a path attribute tBgp4PathAttribute is detected.
[EFFECT] A log entry is generated for each withdrawn route. Further
effect depends on fault-tolerance and graceful-restart settings.
[RECOVERY] There is no recovery required for this notification.
