column OctetString 
The value of tBgp4PathAttrExtCommunity indicates the list of
extended communities to be accepted by a Route Reflector Server
associated with this BGP-4 path.  The first octet indicates the
number of extended communities in the list.  The list is a
sequence of extended communities.  The extended community is
an 8-octet value similar to a route distinguisher.
