The value of tAtmCpStatsTotalCellsRxd indicates the number of valid
ATM cells received by the connection profile. If traffic policing is
implemented, then cells are counted prior to the application of
traffic policing. To obtain the byte count multiply
tAtmCpStatsTotalCellsRxd by 53.
