ANYsec security termination policy.
            
A security termination policy specifies ANYsec attributes for
decrypting ingress on a locally terminating tunnel. A security
termination policy is used by an encryption group, as specified in
tmnxAnySecEncryptGrpTable.
            
Rows are created or destroyed using tmnxAnySecTermPolicyRowStatus.
