The value of tmnxAnySecPeerAddrTypeNotif is a notification copy of a
peer IP address type as specified by tmnxAnySecPeerAddrType in
tmnxAnySecPeerTable.
          
The address type specifies the IP address type of tmnxAnySecPeerAddr
(which itself is copied in tmnxAnySecPeerAddrNotif).
