sysApplElmtPastRunInvocID

Part of the index for this table, this value
identifies the invocation of an application of which
the process represented by this entry was a part.
The value of this object is the same value as the
sysApplRunIndex for the corresponding application
invocation in the sysApplRunTable.  If the invoked
application as a whole has terminated, it will be the
same as the sysApplPastRunIndex.
