scalar mandatory r/w RFC1155-SMIGauge 
Specifies the baud rate in bits per second of
either the internal modem or the RS-232 port.
          
This parameter will take effect only after a
restart (s3AgentRestart) is issued.  This parameter
will not survive a reset (s3AgentReset) unless
the specific NMM configuration file is updated
to reflect the change.
