scalar r/w SNMPv2-SMIIpAddress 
This object specify the source IP address for MVR proxy and querier.
If not configure this object ,the default value is the IP address on 
IP interface 0.Then if the IP address on IP interface 0 is none, the 
default value is 0.0.0.0.
