Specifies which IGMP filter profile applies to this 
vlan. If the value of this MIB object matches the 
value of rcIgmpFilterProfileIndex in rcIgmpFilterTable, 
the corresponding profile configuration will apply to
this vlan. 
              
A value of zero indicates no profile is associated
with corresponding vlan.
              
The filtering action on each port is also
defined by the associated profile.
