The administrative status requested by management for the MST feature. The value enabled(1) indicates that Mst should be enabled in the device on all ports. The value disabled(2) indicates that Mst should be disabled in the device on all ports. The object can be set to enabled(1) if and only if, fsMstSystemControl set to start.
