The time at which the interface entered its current operational state, in terms of centiseconds since the system was last reset. If the current state was entered prior to the last reinitialization of the local network management subsystem, then this object contains a value of zero. The ifLastChange object in the Interfaces MIB defined in IETF RFC 2863 is a suitable object for supplying a value for aIPPTimeOfLastOperChange. This value is read-only.
