The unique identifier allocated to this IPP by the
local Portal System. This attribute identifies an
IPP instance among the subordinate managed objects of
the containing object. This value is read-only.
NOTE-The aIPPID is represented in the SMIv2 MIB as
an ifIndex-see D.5.

recommended that values are assigned contiguously starting
from 1.  The value for each interface sub-layer must remain
constant at least from one re-initialization of the entity's
