This refers to the MEP ID that monitors the ring port fsErpsRingPort2 in R-APS VLAN of the ring. This MEP needs to be down MEP. In the interconnecting node of the sub-ring, this identifies the up MEP installed on the ring port fsErpsRingPort1. This up MEP helps in detecting the failure in R-APS virtual channel of the sub-ring.
