This Objects contains the Maximum retransmission Delay value. Client terminate the message exchange and consider it as fail once MRD seconds have elapsed since the client first transmitted the information-request message when MRD is non zero. Client continue to transmit information-request message until it receives a reply response from the server when MRD is zero. Default value is 0 sec.
