Setting netraCtRscAdminHostReset will cause either send a break to the host, or will toggle a hard reset line. A break will be sent if netraCtRscPanicDump conatins the value of on(1).Otherwise, a hard reset will occur. The clear(2) setting is read-only for this variable. This variable will always reads as clear(2).
