scalar r/w SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIBSnmpAdminString 
The password of a read-only proxy user which is used to bind
to the LDAP server.  This property is essentially write-only.  
The write-only access level is no longer supported as of SNMPv2.  
This property must return a null value when read.
