scalar r/w SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIBSnmpAdminString 
This is the URI of a certificate file needed when Strict Cert Mode is 
enabled.  Setting the URI causes the tranfer of the file, making the 
certificate available immediately for certificate authentication.
