The carrier wave numbers which support  
the pilot waves for the Rx Last Channel.
The expected format is VALUE VALUE VALUE ... VALUE.
Each value is a pair of octets representing the pilot 
values. There is one pair (pilot1 pilot2) for each
of the 7 bands.
