Casual calls not allowed: This counter keeps track of
how many times casual calls are not allowed through the
network. The counter is incremented when the explicitly
dialed carrier code incoming call type (for example, 1010321)
is not allowed at one of the following levels of
granularity: Infodigit, Carrier, Trunk group, Gateway,
and SoftSwitch.
