column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
An indication of whether this party executes at
this SNMPv2 entity.  If this object has a value of
true(1), then the SNMPv2 entity will listen for
SNMPv2 messages on the partyTAddress associated
with this party.  If this object has the value
false(2), then the SNMPv2 entity will not listen
for SNMPv2 messages on the partyTAddress
associated with this party.
