rptrMonTotalErrors

The total number of errors which have occurred on
all of the ports in this repeater.  The errors
included in this count are the same as those listed
for the rptrMonitorPortTotalErrors counter.  If an
implementation can not obtain a count of these
errors as seen by the repeater itself, this counter
may be implemented as the summation of the values of
the rptrMonitorPortTotalErrors counters for all of
the ports in the repeater.
