The entry contains parameters which describe the
statistics for one PU 2.0. They have read-only
access.
The counters represent traffic for all kinds
of sessions: LU-LU, SSCP-PU, SSCP-LU.
Each Node of PU Type 2.0 from the snaNodeAdminTable
has one entry in this table and the index used
here has the same value as snaNodeAdminIndex of
that PU. The entry is created by the Agent.
