OctetString
The local address for this LU is a byte with a value
ranging from 0 to 254. For dependent LUs, this value
ranges from 1 to 254; for independent LUs this value
is always 0.
A write operation to this object will
not change the operational value reflected
in snaLuOperLocalAddress until the Node has
been re-activated (e.g., after the next
initialization of the SNA services).
