column r/w OctetString 
This value identifies the user configurable
name for this LU. If a name is not assigned to the LU,
then this object contains a zero length string.
              
A write operation to this object will
not change the operational value reflected
in snaLuOperName until the Node has
been re-activated (e.g., after the next
initialization of the SNA services).
