If the number of occurrences exceeds
the 'smfNotifDpdMemoryOverflowThreshold'
within the previous number of seconds
'smfNotifDpdMemoryOverflowWindow',
then the 'smfNotifDpdMemoryOverflowEvent'
          
notification is sent.
          
The default value for this object is
'1'.
