The maximum lifetime of a cached DPD
record in the local device storage.
          
If the memory is running low prior to the
MaxLifetime being exceeded, the local SMF
devices should purge the oldest records first.
          
This object is persistent and, when written,
the entity SHOULD save the change to
non-volatile storage.
